Meet Netroots Exhibitors: The Center for Water Studies at Better World Island

Wading at Center for Water Studies at Better IslandToday I visited went to Better World Island to visit the Center for Water Studies. Netroots Nation Island has been so busy. I needed a place to sit and think for a bit. I sat wading in a pond and in the ocean. These are just two of the micro water habitats at the Center. The habitats are changing all of the time, and new they welcome suggestions for new habitats.

  • Mangrove Swamp
  • Pacific Northwest Rainforest
  • Pondlife
  • Waterfall with pool and stream
  • Coral Barrier Reef
  • Ocean beach and Undersea Marine life

If all you want is to surf or swim in peace, this is your place. This is a great place to hold a small meeting. Drop by the Center for Water Studies booth at Netroots Nation Island. Contact Delia Lake inworld for details.
